If I could have gotten high off a potato from the late 60's thru finally getting clean in 1991 (18 years on Wed.) I sure would have saved a fuck of alot of money , my teeth, braincells and tears.
This video is so stupid it was obvious these kids know nothing about drugs – the good, the bad nor the ugly- tho , to give them credit, they do seem to know potatos and dumpsters. And bad skin. Meth is not a joke. Nor is any of the rest of it. I never really became a full person and never lived a full life, tho I had a great career, traveled the world and had it all, I never beat the depression and anxiety I was running from. Because it was too late. Read :”Beautiful Child”. It's so real it made me cry. It took me back. To 1000s of lines, hits, smokes, acid trips, ludes, reds, speed, coke, drinks. And rapes, losses, tears, diseaseas, more losses, humiliation, blackouts. Expultions, mental institutions, jails. I missed my 20's. And money: I'd be a zilloinairre if I'd saved the money I spent on drugs and booze. You don't want to turn 55 and look back and realize you blew it – your dreams of being a musician, artist, dancer (clothes on), of having friends, family. When I turned 30 I said to an old boyfriend, during a coke buy, Man, I can't believe I made it to 30″. To which he replied “I can't belive you made it to 20″. Funny at the time, but not really. It's permanant brain damage, it's lonliness, it's feeling ugly forever, even when you're not. It's feeling lonely at the gut of gut levels, even when you seem to have everyting.

Be it real memeories or hallucinations from the drug…. The end result is always the same, you lose everything you have worked so hard to create in your life including but not limited to the loved ones that you charish the most… be that as it may what you lose that you can never get back is the respect of those around you and for yourself… It doesn't matter who started what… the chicken or the egg question… What matters is that you get back up, brush yourself off and spend the rest of life making up for what you did to those around you but mostly what you did to yourself. The other choice is to take the easy way way out, some do that but they must havebeen used to losing… Never could stand to lose so…. Fuck me… The next few years will be rough…
