Christian Meth Support

Losing a child is probably one of the largest consequences one could face as a meth addict. This is a consequence known all too well by Melissa O’Brian; the young mother of two beautiful children and ex-meth addict. Melissa’s two children were removed from her care due to her addiction to meth and the lifestyle that meth brings with it.

With one child already in state protective custody, Melissa gave birth to a son in 2005. Upon the birth of her second child, child protective services entered the picture again and swiftly removed him from her care as well. It was at this time that Melissa gave her addiction and her life over to God.

After giving her life to God, Melissa broke free of her addiction to meth and quotes this bible verse in her struggle to break free:

John 14.14 If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Since becoming sober she created the website “Christian Meth Support” to help anyone struggling with meth addiction and has also made herself available to talk with you if you need support. You can also read more about Melissa’s meth story on her site.

I applaud you Melissa for getting clean and for going over and above to help others in need. In every bad situation there is always an opportunity to make something good come of it. There is nothing better than helping others.
