You might also want to read a book called "Control Theory" by William Glasser. This too is a fantastic book. I was a meth addict (and in reality will be an addict for the rest of my life- for this is a disease) for over 25 years and I am here to tell you it is not a ride in the park. I have just celebrated 5 months sobriety last week. With the wonderful help of A.A. and wanting to finally live a sober life and most importantly my higher power I am clean and sober today. We control our own sobriety no one does that for us. We can't control other peoples behavior but we do control our own. For anyone out there who is sick and tierd of being sick and tierd get a sponsor work the steps its as simple as that. I am living proof it works. One day at a time that is all I can do and by all means "EASY DOES IT" What a fantastic book!! You might also want to read a book called “Control Theory” by William Glasser.
